Negril on the west coast boasts the best beaches and a laid back atmosphere that should be exported. The Cancun international airport services 2 large tourism areas. To the north, you have one of the most popular beach destinations in the world, Cancun. Cancun is known for sandy white beaches, resorts, nightlife and shopping. To the south, you’ll find the Riviera Maya, which actually is an 81 mile stretch down the Caribbean coast of Mexico. This area is more known for all inclusive resorts that are a destination to themselves. All inclusive destination weddings in Cancun or the Riviera Maya have become very popular for 3 main reasons. The first reason is that this area has great quality resorts and somewhere around 100 all inclusive resorts. The second reason is that the Cancun international airport is easy to get to from the entire USA and the flights are relatively inexpensive. This leads perfectly into the third reason. This area always provides you with maximum value.
Cancun & Riviera Maya All Inclusive Weddings are simple and not so simple:
You have 2 different ways to do an all inclusive wedding in Mexico. The first way is very easy. You first get married at home at the courthouse or however you chose. Then in Mexico, you have a ceremonial or symbolic wedding, which is just like the legal wedding without the paperwork.
The second way is to do the full legal ceremony. This process is not complicated by any means, but it will require more time and money than the ceremonial wedding. Documents have to be translated, documents have to also be apostilled. This is similar to having papers notarized. Blood tests must also be taken in Mexico and depending on the resort, you will have to arrive 3 to 5 business days prior to the wedding date.
