Final balance is required 45 days prior to arrival, along with a final rooming list and flight information. Cancellations: 120 days or more prior to group arrival, there will be no fee for any cancellation. Any cancellation between 119 and 90 days prior to arrival date, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable. Within 89 - 45 days of the scheduled day of arrival, 45% or deposit will be charged for any cancellation. Any cancellation or “NO SHOW” 45 days to arrival date will be charged 100% penalty.
