Jamaican License fees of $200.00 are required to paid by the bride and groom.
 
Requirements
Notarized photocopies or certified copies of Bride & Groom birth certificates (Do not send your original documents).
? Non-Refundable Government and Legal Administrative Fees – US$200/Weddings – US$150/Vow Renewals
? Complimentary Weddings/Renewals require a 3 night minimum paid reservation
? If either party have never been married, affidavit stating so
? If either party is divorced, certified copies of divorced papers
? If either party is widowed, certified copies of spouse’s death certificate
? Clients must be in Jamaica at least 48 hours to qualify for the granting of a marriage license and also to conclude the necessary wedding arrangements.
? Affidavit  - if either of you have not been married before.
? All documents must be in English

Notarized documents must be sent to the Resort’s Wedding Coordinator 6 weeks prior to the Wedding. Please note that documents must be sent by courier service (DHL / Fed X)


You may have guests (No children under 16) at your wedding and reception.  You are entitled to a group rate if you book a total of ten (10) paying double occupancy rooms or more.
Wedding confirmation
Wedding dates and times can be confirmed prior – a period of at least 3 – 6 months before set dates.

Please send documents via courier (Fedex, Ups, etc.), so you can track them , just in case. Couples booking within 21 days of arrival will pay an expedite fee of $150.00.


 
General
Day Passes can be purchased at a cost of US$80.00 per person valid from 10:30AM – 6:00PM. 
Evening Passes at US$ 90.00 per person valid from 6:00PM – 2:00AM. 
Private dinners and cocktail receptions can also be arranged at an additional cost, which vary depending on the menu selections.
These arrangements must be made in advance with the wedding coordinator at the resort.
We do provide the services of denominational as well as non – denominational weddings.                                               
You will receive a certified copy of your marriage certificate approximately 6 - 8 months after your wedding. 
The Jamaican government offers Express Options that takes approximately
6 – 8 weeks for an additional cost of $US60.00 payable at the resort,or the one month option for US$75.00

Group Pricing
Group pricing is based on the time of year, resort requested and room category.
Specific rates are available upon request. Group pricing is lower than SuperClubs individual pricing.
Group Deposit & payment Requirements
• 1st Deposit – 10% deposit, accompanied by a signed contract is required within
14 days of booking group space.
• 2nd Deposit – 25% of total group cost due 120 days prior to arrival.
• Review Date-Group space will be reviewed 90 days prior to arrival.
• A rooming list is required at this time
SuperClubs’ reserves the right to recall group space if full deposits and all names are received
90 days prior to the group departure date.
• Other restrictions apply for groups of 50 rooms or more.
• Final payment –Due 30 days prior to arrival.
Any additional charges, i.e. special amenities, cocktail parties, special requests not included in
our Super-Inclusive program, etc. are also due at this time. Name changes are not allowed
within 30 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation penalty will be assessed for any group that cancels within 60 days of the
group arrival date.
59 – 31 days prior to arrival – 20% penalty for each room cancelled
30 days prior to arrival – 100% penalty for each room cancelled.
Confirmation of Group Space
Group space will be confirmed upon receipt of first deposit.
