We are renewing our vows in Jamaica!

Love, sand and sun await! Pack your bags! Join us for our 10-year anniversary celebration at the beautiful Beaches Negril Resort in Jamaica as we say, " I Still Do" on the shores of paradise"!

Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed.  Rollaway beds and cribs can be requested. Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and is subject to availability. Children under 2 are free of charge, when sharing room with 2 paying adults. Children 2-15 years old pay a child's rate when sharing room with 2 paying adults.

Situated near a variety of restaurants and the main pool, these rooms span the first through third floors of the Montpelier buildings and offer stunning views of lush gardens from a private patio or balcony. Each room boasts a King or 2 double beds, pullout sofa, flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. Group Payment Schedule

Deposit: $400 per room deposit due within (5) days of confirming the reservation with names

Beaches Negril is a very popular resort and typically sells out well in advance. To make sure you secure your preferred travel plans, please book as soon as possible.

Guests are encouraged to book before early 2026.

Final Payment: Due June 14, 2027

Payments of any amount can be made at any time, just remember the standard due dates.

Terms and Conditions

Revisions

Once payment has been received, a revision fee of $50 will be due per booking each time changes are made to a reservation to cover administrative costs. If a revision requires re-issuance of an airline ticket, the airline might charge a fee in addition to the revision fee. Airline ticket revisions and hotel revisions are always subject to fare increases also. Certain airfares do not allow changes of any nature.   In the event airlines require the tour operator to issue a ticket to preserve the current airfare, payment or ticket issuance may be required in advance.

Cancellations/Refunds – Honeymoons, Inc.

• Up to 46 days prior to departure, $100/room
• 45 to 31 days prior to Arrival, 50% of the purchase price, including any applicable airline fees.
• 30 to 0 days prior to Arrival, 100% of the purchase price, including any applicable airline fees.

Supplier fees refer to any additional penalties charged by the airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, cruise lines, or any companies providing additional services.   Penalties are most severe on published airfares, holiday packages, peak periods, and special promotional sales.   In the event airlines require the tour operator to issue a ticket to preserve the current airfare, payment or ticket issuance may be required in advance.   Wedding deposits and other special payments are subject to their own cancellation penalties. Most are non-refundable. Please make sure you understand the cancellation and revision policies applicable to these special reservations.   Duplicate reservations may result in cancellation of all space and can incur fees.

Travel Insurance 

Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Cost and coverage of the travel insurance varies greatly from one tour operator to another. You can also purchase insurance that is independent of the tour operators. Please consult one of our agents for details on plans available to you.

Documents Required for Travel 

Passports are now required for international travel. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please contact the appropriate Consulate. No refunds are issued for costs associated with your failure to bring proper documentation.

Baggage

Most airlines now charge passengers to travel with checked bags. Please ask your agent, or you can visit your carrier's website.

Aircraft, Flight Changes, and Delays

Passengers are subject to the ticket terms and tariffs of the airlines, which when issued, shall be the sole contract between the airline and the passenger.    Note:  Prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment for your air-inclusive tour. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increased government-imposed taxes or fees.

Our Commitment to You:

Honeymoons Inc. has made arrangements with the cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services you purchase. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for your vacation. However, we do not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of the independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. If you have any dispute with such persons, however, we will give you such reasonable help as we can in resolving this.   Please understand also that we cannot control such factors as weather, government actions, mechanical breakdowns, your physical, medical or mental disabilities, your failure to obtain valid travel documents or your failure to follow travel instructions.   We appreciate your business. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to send an email or call.

Island Routes has a tour desk in the lobby if you want to do an excursion.

Club Montego Bay offers arrival and departure services at the airport, which will definitely upgrade your arrival and departure service. We highly recommend using their services.

Arrival Passes are $50 per person and will offer Meet and Greet Service with Immigration and Customs expedite. Departure Passes are $33 per person and will offer expedite through security and access to Club Lounge. Bundle passes are $83 per person. Flight times are required to confirm. Space will be based on availability and always sells out, so don't delay.

Jamaica is the birthplace of Reggae Music, the legendary Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Jimmy Cliff, Shaggy and Sean Paul.

Jamaica's Blue Mountains produce some of the best coffee in the world.

Ian Fleming wrote most of his 007 novels in Jamaica at Goldeneye Resort in Ocho Rios.
