Final Payment Due: 3/10/2025
Final Payment will be due no later than 3/10/2025 and must be paid via (1) form of payment. Excellence Resort does not offer payment plans on hotel room reservations. Split payments are also not allowed.Payments are posted through Excellence Resorts, which accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Cancellations: Cancellation made after 1200pm E.S.T. the day before arrival will result in full penalty. No refunds. No refund will apply for no shows or early departures.

- All reservations must be booked through Honeymoons, Inc. by 12/01/2024 in order to qualify for the group rates and concessions.
- Reservations made through different source will not be considered as part of the group.
- Group Rates are based on the country the guest comes from; therefore, it is required that information such as the ID and credit card match the guest’s country of origin. Otherwise the charged rate will be modified according to country of origin and its corresponding applicable rate. Rates listed are for U.S. citizens.
- The benefits have no cash value, there are no refunds for unused elements/events and items are not interchangeable for other inclusions or a-la-carte amenities.
