Payments

  • Deposit: 10% of package PLUS OPTIONAL INSURANCE will be due within (3) days of confirming the space with names.
  • 2nd Group Payment: 30% of package will be required by March 15th, 2024

Note: Insurance must be finalized with Deposit and cannot be added or adjusted after this date.

  • Final Payment: Due April 15th, 2024

Note: Outstanding balances as of April 29th, 2024 will be automatically cancelled under full penalty.

Guests are encouraged to make payments of any amount at any time.

Rooms must be reserved by February 14th, 2024.

Revisions

Once payment has been received, a revision fee of $50 per booking will be required each time changes are made to a reservation to cover administrative costs. If a revision requires re-issuance of an airline ticket, the airline may charge additional change fees. Revisions to airfare and/or hotel will always be subject to fare increases. Certain promotional fares do not allow changes of any nature.

Cancellations/Refunds 

  • Cancellations made between after deposit will incur $50 per person penalty
  • Cancellations made between 2/15/2024 and 3/17/2024 will incur a 10% penalty
  • Cancellations made between 3/18/2024 and 4/28/2024 will incur a 40% penalty
  • Cancellation made 4/29/2024 to arrival are 100% non-refundable

Travel Insurance 

Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Cost and coverage details will vary from one tour operator to another. Please consult one of our agents for details on plans available to you. You can also purchase travel insurance that is independent of the tour operators. Please ensure to review coverage details carefully for outside insurance companies. There are several options to consider. We recommend Travel Safe for independent insurance.

Documents Required for Travel 

Passports are now required for international travel and must be valid 6 months past return date. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please contact the appropriate Consulate.
