Terms

A marriage certificate must be presented and dated within the last 60 days. A $599 USD non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation is allowed up to 14 days prior to arrival with the loss of deposit; within 14 days, the full package price will be charged.

The Sonesta Maho Beach boasts the islands largest casino and a nice beach. The Sonesta Ocean Point is right next to Maho with a more intimate luxury feel and vibe.

One unique bucket list activity is to visit Maho beach by the airport to get a great photo up close and personal with a jumbo jet. Take some headphones:) St Maarten, the Dutch side, is also known as the casino side. St Martin is the French side.
