The redesign of the guest rooms at the Viva Wyndham Maya include the Superior Plus Rooms which have been appointed with contemporary decor, including white walls with new modern artwork, a glass top built in desk with white wood finishes, white bedding with ocean blue accents offering a serene setting, and a flat screen television. The stunning bathrooms feature a marble vanity with a countertop sink, full sized mirror and glassed in, marble shower. The Superior Plus rooms also feature balconies with either a gardenview or oceanview.

Additionally, the Superior Deluxe Rooms feature Caribbean inspired, contemporary decor, including tall built in headboards with an interior light, tranquil ivory and light blue bedding, a modern rattan chair, marble floors, a flat screen television and balconies. The beautifully appointed bathrooms feature a marble vanity with a double sink, marble walls and a Jacuzzi tub.

This is 2 connecting rooms and when guests book the room, kids 17 years of age and younger are permitted to stay in the connecting room allowing parents to be next to their children while still enjoying some privacy. Additionally, these rooms feature video games included in the all inclusive price. There is a minimum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 kids in order to book these rooms. Each room has 2 queen beds or 1 king bed and 2 queen beds.
